High School Position Player Arm Strength Development
The Position Player Arm Strength Development Program is designed to help players gain arm strength while promoting arm health. Players will learn a pre throw plyo ball routine, proper catch and long toss techniques prior to getting into our weighted ball program followed by a post throw routine.

Group 1 - 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Group 2 - 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

There will be a limited number of spaces available in each group in order to maximize space and player to coach ratio to provide the best training experience and outcomes for athletes.
