Below are the training opportunities by day as well as a link to Upperhand for descriptions & registration:

Baseball Programming:

** Note - "Open" infield is designed to get players a high volume of quality reps facilitated by our coaches. However, it is designed to have less hands on instruction than our other camps.


6-7 PM: Hitting w/ Instructors

7-8 PM: Hitting w/ Instructors & Post Hit - Rotational Mobility, Stability & Recovery

8-9 PM: Open Infield & Post Hit - Rotational Mobility, Stability & Recovery


5-6 PM: Infield w/Instructors & Little Bambinos 5-9u

6-7 PM: 11/12u Trackman Hitting League & Youth Pitching Development & Youth Catchers Camp & Little Bambinos 5-9u

7-9PM: 13/14u Trackman Hitting League

Strength Training:

To supplement the baseball training we will also offer semi private strength and mobility training. Signing up for Open Strength training would get your child access to this at the following times:
