Congrats on your new commitment! What is it about Florida Atlantic University that excites you the most?
They have an amazing coaching staff that I feel can help me develop as a baseball player and get me to the next level.
You were part of the inaugural season for the Top Tier Roos. Tell us about your experience and what it means to you to be a part of this new program.
It was an awesome experience to be a part of such an awesome organization and getting to travel around the country and really getting to know an amazing group of guys!
Talk a little bit about the recruiting process and how everything went down.
Well, FAU was a school I really wanted to attend. Once I realized that going to that school was possible it was an easy decision to make. When they offered me a scholarship to go there and play baseball I was excited to commit.
What were some of the priorities you looked at when deciding where you wanted to commit?
I wanted to make sure that where I was going would be the best fit for me the next 4 years of my life.
What challenges do you see ahead of you before you get to campus?
I realize I'm going to have to earn my spot on that team so I'm going to have to work extremely hard so I can beat the other guy out for that starting spot.
What are some of the goals you have set for yourself as a college baseball player?
A goal for me as a college baseball player is to be able to compete with the best teams in the country and win a College World Series.
Is there anybody you would like to give a shout-out or thanks to?
I'd have to say thanks to Top Tier making this all possible for me. And thanks to my parents and coaches who have supported me throughout this process.
