Top Tier Baseball is seeking qualified high school and youth travel baseball coaches for the 2018 summer season. Since our inception in 2004, Top Tier has enjoyed tremendous success, statewide and nationally. Over the past 13 years Top Tier has placed over 450 players in college programs, produced 63 MLB draft picks, 8 Major Leaguers, Gatorade Players of the Year, multiple All-Americans as well as USA Baseball National Team players at multiple age levels.

The common purpose of all those involved is to provide the top amateur baseball talent in the Midwest and exposure to collegiate and professional scouts.
Top Tier is a competitive culture fueled by hard work, positive energy, and integrity. Our goal is to not only develop strong baseball players, but develop young leaders and quality human beings. All our coaches must take a personal interest in the individual. Responsibilities include on-field coaching, pregame preparation, practice organization, mentoring players, and day to day communication with players, parents, college coaches and scouts.
High School Coach: This is a part-time summer position which will conclude upon the completion of the 2018 summer season. The season will begin the first weekend in June and run to the last weekend in July. We are looking for head and assistant coaches at the 15U, 16U &17U levels. Coaches will be expected to work our Sunday winter workouts which begin mid-November and run through the end of February.
Youth Coach: This is a part-time spring/summer position which will conclude upon the completion of the 2017 summer season. The season will begin early April and run to mid-July. In addition to the summer coaching responsibilities, coaches are required to work our Winter Workouts, which are one week night per week and Saturday mornings starting in January running to the start of the spring season.
We are seeking a candidate that has previous coaching or playing experience at the high school, college, or professional level. The candidate must have strong communication skills and knowledge in baseball. The candidate must be able to communicate to college coaches and scouts regarding the skill set and abilities of players. Further, the candidate must have schedule flexibility throughout the summer.
