Farrell Commits to Western Illinois University

Top Tier RHP Tyler Farrell from Galesburg HS committed last week to Western Illinois University. Farrell is the third player in Top Tier’s 2011 Class to commit joining Jeremy Scheck (Clemson) and John Kravetz (Illinois).
