Five Top Tier players were taken in the 2017 MLB Draft, here they are in order:

Connor Riley (2013), USC-Aiken

Drafted in the 8th Round by the Los Angeles Angels

Riley went 6-2 this past year at USC-Aiken with a 3.58 ERA. In 83 innings this year he struck out a staggering 130 hitters.

Will Kincanon (2014), Indiana State

Drafted in the 11th Round by the Chicago White Sox

Kincanon went 5-5 this past year with a 5.24 ERA. In 79 innings this year he struck out 93 hitters.

Danny Mayer (2013), University of Pacific

Drafted in the 31st Round by the Philadelphia Phillies

Mayer has put up huge power numbers in his career at Pacific. He finished this year with 12 home runs. In his 4-year career at Pacific he has 28 home runs in total.

Mark DiLuia (2017), Marian Catholic High School

Drafted in the 38th Round by the Texas Rangers

DiLuia one of the top-rated High School arms in the state of Illinois. He was an All-State selection and is committed to play collegiate baseball at Maryland next year.

Zach Lewis (2013), Wichita State

Picked up after the Draft and signed a contract with the Chicago White Sox

Lewis was 4-4 this past year with a 3.07 ERA. He threw 82 innings this past year and held opponents to a .205 batting average.
