Karlos Otero has been named the Tier Boy of the Week. We award this honor to the practice player who exudes effort and character and stands out among his peers. The Tier Boy of the week expects greatness from himself and those around him - on and off the field.

Otero is a Class of 2025 graduate of Romeoville High School and is committed to Northern Illinois University.

A tireless worker, committed to his craft, we are extremely happy to hand Otero the recognition in week one.
