Rob Scahill, 2005 Top Tier Alum, agreed to a Chicago Cubs minor league deal for the 2019 season. Last year Scahill was picked up by the Chicago White Sox, where he went 3-4 as a reliever in Triple A with with a 5.64 ERA in 60.2 innings of work. The White Sox brought Scahill up to the Big Leagues late in the year in 2018 where he threw 5 innings of relief work. Scahill has been in MLB with the Pirates, Rockies, Brewers, White Sox and now will have his chance to make the Cubs Big League Roster.
