Top Tier 17s Capture Second Straight CABA World Series Title

The Top Tier 17u Americans finished their season in impressive fashion today, capping a grueling week of baseball by winning the 17-under CABA World Series in Euclid, Ohio on Friday. Top Tier went 12-0 in the tournament to win the title for the second consecutive year.
