Major League Baseball top performers from our Top Tier Alumni this past week.
Tanner Roark, Washington Nationals
Had 2 stats this past week. He went 6 innings to get the loss vs. Miami earlier in the week giving up 7 hits, 4 earned runs, 2 walks and had 2 strikeouts. He followed that up though with a huge start vs. Minnesota getting the win and going 7 strong innings. In those innings he only gave up 2 hits, 0 runs, 3 walks and struck out a season high 15 batters. On the year, he has a 2.62 ERA.
Rob Scahill, Pittsburgh Pirates
Got 2 innings of relief work on 3 appearances vs. San Diego Padres and Arizona this past week. He gave up only 1 hit, 1 run, 0 walks and had 2 strikeouts. On the year he has a 6.23 ERA.
Tyler Ladendorf, Oakland Athletics
Got called up to the big league squad this past weekend. While in Triple A to start the year, he was hitting .240 with 12 hits in 12 games with 3 doubles and a home run.

Had another inning of relief work this week, giving up 0 hits, 0 runs while striking out 1. On the year, he has a 1.04 ERA in 8.2 innings of work out of the bullpen.
Karch Kowalczyk, Rancho Cucamonga Quakes (Dodgers)
Had another inning of relief work this week, giving up 1 hit, 0 runs and 1 walk. On the year, he has a 2.08 ERA.
Ryan Koziol, Augusta GreenJackets (Giants)
Got 3.2 innings of relief work this week on 3 appearances. He gave up 5 hits, 2 earned runs, 0 walks and struck out 1. On the year, he has a 5.73 ERA.
Paul DeJong, Springfield Cardinals (Cardinals)
In the middle stretch of this past week, he was 4 for 13 hitting .307.
Jeremy Rhoades, Inland Empire 66ers (Angels)
Got another start this past week, going 5 innings vs. High Desert, giving up 6 hits, 5 runs, 2 walks, while striking out 2. On the year, he has a 5.63 ERA and has a record of 1-2.

Danny Mayer, Pacific
Had another huge power performance this past week going 6 for 17, hitting .353. Of those 6 hits on the week, he added 2 more home runs and 2 doubles. On the year, he he leads the Tigers with 11 home runs, 11 doubles and 30 RBI’s. His offensive outburst helped the Tigers beat Sacramento State in the midweek game, but they lost 2 of 3 against Loyola Marymount on the weekend.
Quinn Snarskis, Saint Joseph’s College
Threw a complete game shutout to get the win this weekend to help the Pumas sweep all 4 games vs. McKendree. His stat line included 7 innings pitched giving up 5 hits, 0 runs, 1 walk and striking out 10. On the year, he is 4-4.
Ben Browdy, Wash U
Went 7 for 15 on the week, hitting .467 with a home run, a triple, a double and 9 RBI’s. This explosive offensive output helped them win all 4 games this week.
Brad Margolin, Wash U
Threw a complete game 9 inning shutout vs. MacMurray. In the win, he gave up 8 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks while striking out 4.
Marty Napleton, Saint Joseph’s College
Went 5 for 13 on the week, hitting .385, with two home runs and 8 RBI’s.
Will Kincannon, Triton CC
Went 7 innings this past weekend to get the win vs. DuPage giving up 5 hits, 1 run, 1 walk, and had 8 strikeouts. On the year, he is 7-2.
Ben Dickey, Northwestern
Went 4 for 10, hitting .400 this past week, the Wildcats dropped all 3 vs. Minnesota.

Went 6 for 16 this past week, hitting .375, with a double and 3 RBI’s.

Got the win vs. Southeastern Illinois going 6.2 innings giving up 8 hits, 2 earned runs, 2 walks and had 7 strikeouts.
Chris Marras, Butler
Went 6 for 17 this past week, hitting .353 with a home run, a double and 6 RBI’s. However, on the weekend they lost 2 of 3 against Georgetown.
Max Golembo, Wash U
Went 7 for 18 this past week, hitting .389 with two doubles and 4 RBI’s.
Jason Scholl, Eastern Illinois
Went 4 for 10 on the weekend, hitting .400 with a home run, two doubles and 4 RBI’s. They lost 2 of 3 vs. Belmont this past weekend.
Frankie Perrone, Eastern Illinois
Went 5 for 14 on the weekend hitting .357 with a triple and 2 RBI’s
Mark Chemello, Saint Joseph’s College
Got the relief win vs. McKendree going 3.1 innings giving up 2 hits, 1 run, 0 walks and striking out 3.
Austin Butts, McHenry CC
Got 3rd win of the year going 5 innings vs. Rock Valley giving up 6 hits, 1 earned run, 0 walks and striking out 3. He also got to a spot start in the field vs. Robert Morris going 3 for 5 with 2 RBI’s.
Kevin Coppin, Concordia-Chicago
Went 4 for 12, hitting .333 helping them win all 4 games this week vs. Rockford and Dominican.
Zach Lewis, Wichita State
Got a no decision vs. Bradley, tossing 5 innings giving up 4 hits, 1 earned run, 3 walks and striking out 7. The Shockers went on to take 2 of 3 from Bradley on the weekend.
Charley Gould, William & Mary
Went 4 for 11, hitting .364 on the weekend to help William & Mary sweep all 3 games vs. Northeastern.
Corey Krupske, Triton CC
Went 7 for 22 this past week, hitting .318 with a triple, a double and 4 RBI’s.
Wyatt Spector, DePauw
Got a no decision going 5.2 innings giving up 5 hits, 2 runs, 1 walk and striking out 3.
Brett Newberg, Austin Peay
Made 3 appearances this week, going a total of 2.2 innings giving up 2 hits, 1 run, 2 walks while striking out 3. Austin Peay took all 4 games this week beating Libscomb and Eastern Kentucky.

Went 5 innings for the win vs. Eastern Kentucky giving up 8 hits, 3 runs, 2 walks and striking out 3. On the year, his record moves to 6-2 and the team moves to 25-13 overall and 15-6 in the OVC.
