Vice President

Some of our Top Tier Alums have already started their respective baseball seasons and some are just getting ready to kick off the start of their NCAA Division 2, Division 3, NAIA and NJCAA 2022 season. Here is a look at the 90 plus players we have playing in those levels that were former Top Tier Alumni. In total we have over 160 plus Top Tier Alums playing in College Baseball this season. We will be doing weekly roundups on all of the top performers from each week. Here is a look at the list of Division 2, Division 3, NAIA and JUCO players playing this year:

Division 2:

Florida Southern

Tilden Agee - Sophomore C - Agee appeared in six games last season, blasting two homers and a double. Florida Southern is currently 5-5 overall to start the season.

Maryville

Cole Anderson - Redshirt Freshman LHP - Anderson will begin his first official season this year after getting Redshirted last season. Maryville is currently 1-2 overall to start the season.

Jeremy Fox - Freshman RHP - Fox is in his first season with the Saints this season.

Quincy

Brennan Fisher - Sophomore OF - Fisher will begin his second season with Quincy this year.

Luke Napleton - Sophomore C - Napleton has started all 3 games played this season, where he has collected a hit in every game, going 3 for 10 with a double, an RBI and 4 walks. Quincy is 2-1 overall to start the season.

Brett Taucher - Graduate Student RHP - Taucher went 4 innings in the opening series this past weekend where he gave up 4 runs on 4 hits and 3 walks while striking out 7.

Lindenwood

Jack Lochner - Sophomore OF - Lochner appeared in two games in the first two weekends going 1 for 1. Lindenwood is 2-5 overall to start the year.

St. Leo

Andy Booth - Junior LHP - Booth picked up the win in relief on Opening day going 1 inning giving up 0 runs off 1 hit while striking out 2. Booth threw another scoreless inning of work vs. Rollins giving up 1 hit while striking out 1. He threw another 2 innings scoreless vs. Flagler as well off 3 hits and striking out 1. Booth picked up his 2nd win of the season in relief vs. Florida Southern where he tossed 1 inning giving up 1 run off 2 hits and 0 walks while striking out 1. St. Leo is 7-5 overall to start the season.

Luke Pappas - Junior LHP - Pappas will begin his first year at St. Leo after transferring in from Western Michigan. Pappas got a start in the opening weekend getting a no-decision after tossing 2.1 innings giving up 4 earned runs off 4 hits and 1 walk while striking out 3. Pappas picked up the win in relief vs. Flagler where he went 3.1 innings giving up 0 earned runs off 0 hits and 2 walks while striking out 5.

Hunter Kiem - Senior RHP - Kiem hasn't gotten in yet this season.

Lewis

Cherokee LeBeau - Graduate Student INF - LeBeau is in his first season with the Flyers after transferring in from Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In the opening weekend he collected a hit in every game going 5 for 10, hitting .500 with a double, an RBI and 2 walks. Lewis got swept by Trevecca Nazarene and are 0-3 overall.

Jake Lotz - Senior LHP - Lotz made one relief appearance in the opening weekend tossing 2 scoreless innings giving up 1 hit and 1 walk while striking out 4.

AJ Casmer - Junior RHP - Didn't get in the opening weekend.

Wingate

Mitch Farris - Redshirt Sophomore LHP/1B - Farris has made 4 relief appearances this season, throwing a total of 6 innings giving up 5 runs off 4 hits and 4 walks while striking out 6. Farris is seeing time at first base as well where he is 6 for 22 with 2 homers, a double and 5 RBI's. Wingate is 11-1 overall to start the year and they are ranked 2nd in the nation.

Concordia-St. Paul

Eric Lundell - Sophomore RHP - Lundell made one relief appearance on opening weekend tossing 2 scoreless innings off 0 hits and and 1 walk. Concordia St. Paul is 1-3 overall to start the year.

Truman State

Will Wirt - Sophomore C - Wirt hasn't appeared in any games this season yet. Truman State is 3-5 overall to start the year.

Young Harris

Chris Cuppini - Junior RHP - Cuppini has made one relief appearance this year going one inning giving up 0 earned runs off 2 hits and 1 walk while striking out 2. Young Harris is 7-4 overall to start the season.

UIndy

Logan Peterson - Sophomore RHP - Peterson is in his first season with the Greyhounds after transferring in from Illinois Central College. Peterson got the a start in the opening weekend picking up the win on the mound after throwing 5 innings giving up 0 earned runs off 4 hits and 1 walk while striking out 5. UIndy is 3-0 overall after sweeping Notre Dame (OH) this past weekend.

Charlie Brodell - Freshman RHP - Brodell is in his first season with the Greyhounds and didn't appear in the opening weekend of play.

Armen Torosain - Freshman INF - Torosian started all 3 games in the opening weekend and went 2 for 9 with his 1st collegiate homer and RBI.

Derek Galdoni - Freshman RHP - Galdoni is in his first season with the Greyhounds and didn't appear in the opening weekend of play.

Purdue Northwest

Enrique Kinney - Freshman C - Kinney enters his first season this year.

Donovan Nanfeldt - Sophomore INF - Nanfeldt is his 2nd season this year.

Northern State

Anthony Kasper - Freshman OF - Kasper is in his first season with the Wolves this season.

Kentucky Wesleyan

Robert Chayka - Redshirt Senior OF - Chayka is entering his senior season after having a huge year last year for the Panthers where started 37 games hit .352 with 2 homers, 9 doubles, a triple and had 16 RBI's.

Division 3:

Benedictine

Brock Bevil - Sophomore RHP/INF - Bevil enters his 2nd season with Benedictine and made 7 appearances on the mound last season, tossing 11.1 innings with a 4.76 ERA with 11 strikeouts.

Adrien Dumas - Sophomore INF - Dumas enters his 2nd season with Benedictine.

Coe

Austin Divello - Sophomore RHP - Divello enters his 2nd season with Coe College. As a freshman, Divello threw 29 innings, collecting 4 saves and owned an ERA of 1.86.

Wisconsin-La Crosse

Michael Ellingsen - Sophomore RHP - Ellingsen enters his 2nd season. He threw 10.2 innings last season with 9 strikeouts.

Tommy Nelsen - Junior OF - Nelsen enters his 3rd season.

Daniel Reischl - Freshman RHP - Reischl is entering his first season this year.

North Central

Danny Nuccio - Freshman C - Nuccio enters his first season this year.

Augustana

Adam Bendoraitis - Sophomore INF/RHP - Bendoraitis enters his 2nd season with the Vikings. He only got into 5 games last year in the field and one game in relief on the mound.

Illinois-Wesleyan

Mike Passarelli - Sophomore C - Passarelli enters his 2nd season with the Spartans.

Jason Reis - Sophomore OF - Reis enters his 2nd season with the Spartans.

Kevin Schoefernacker - Freshman INF/OF - Schoefernacker enters his first season this year.

Aurora

Tyler Preissing - Junior RHP - Preissing is in his first season with the Spartans after tranferring in from Webster.

Nick Baldassano - Senior INF - Baldassano appeared in 32 games last season hitting .279 with 8 doubles and a homer.

Wash U

Broghan O'Connor - Junior OF - O'Connor appeared in 31 games last season hitting .293 with a homer and 5 RBI's. O'Connor collected one hit and one RBI in the opening weekend this season. Wash U is 0-3 overall to start the year.

Case Western Reserve

Nick Talarico - Junior INF - Talarico was named to All-UAA team last season after hitting .319 with 6 doubles, 3 triples, 4 homers and 22 RBI's.

Illinois Institute of Technology

Brandon Bennitt - Senior INF/RHP - Bennitt appeared in 29 games last season hitting .417 with 15 doubles, 5 homers and 30 RBI's.

Connor Blake - Junior INF/RHP - Blake appeared in 29 games last season hitting .375 with 11 doubles and 31 RBI's.

Monmouth

Hunter De La Rosa - Senior RHP - De La Rosa enters his final season with the Scots this year.

Carthage

Collin Callahan - Freshman INF - Callahan is in his first season with Carthage this year.

Jimmy Mundo - Senior INF - Mundo is his final season with Carthage this year. Mundo played in 18 games last season hitting .158.

Jack Lehman - Freshman LHP - Lehman is in his first season with Carthage this year.

Johns Hopkins

Dylan Whitney - Freshman INF - Whitney enters his first season with the Blue Jays this year.

Rochester

Alex Gonzalo - Freshman INF - Gonzalo enters his first season with Rochester this year.

Millikin

Alec Mallinder - Freshman RHP - Mallinder is entering his first season with Millikin this year.

Tommy Shaw - Sophomore INF - Shaw was CCIW All-Conference 2nd team last season. He batted .310 with 6 doubles, 3 triples and 22 RBI's last year and started in all 47 games.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Brian Rapanan - Freshman RHP/Utility - Rapanan enters his first season with MIT this year.

Carroll

Anthony Tado - Freshman INF - Tado enters his first season with Carroll this year.

Grinnell

Simon Lane - Junior RHP - Lane is entering his 3rd season with the Pioneers after throwing limited innings last season.

NAIA:

Indiana Wesleyan

Max Engstrom - Junior LHP - Engstrom got the the tail end start of the opening weekend, getting a no-decision vs. Lindsey Wilson College, tossing 3.1 innings giving up 5 runs off 7 hits and 2 walks while striking out 2. Indiana Wesleyan is 1-3 overall to start the year.

St. Francis

Angel Sandoval - Senior RHP - Has not gotten in yet this season. Last season, Sandoval threw 52 innings on the mound for the Saints and earned a 3.98 ERA.

Nick Villasenor - Senior LHP - Villasenor got the start on opening day for the Saints and took the loss vs. Lyons College going 3 innings giving up 3 runs off 7 hits while striking out 1. He got another start the following weekend and struggled again taking the loss going 3 innings giving up 5 runs vs. Freed-Hardeman. St. Francis is 1-7 overall to start the season.

Missouri Valley College

Michael Carey - Redshirt Freshman INF - Carey is in his first year at Missouri Valley after transferring in from Austin Peay University.

JUCO:

Heartland

Sam Antonacci - Freshman INF/OF - Antonacci is in his first season this year with the Hawks. Antonacci started in his debut last weekend going 1 for 2 with a double and a walk. Then followed that game up with a 2 for 4 performance at the plate with a homer and 2 RBI's. Heartland however lost both games and are 0-2 overall to start the year.

Keegan Buska - Freshman RHP - Buska is in his first season this year with the Hawks. Buska made his debut in relief for the Hawks on opening weekend picking up the loss going 0.2 innings giving up 1 run off 1 hit and 1 walk while striking out 1.

Kyle Anderson - Sophomore RHP - Anderson is in his 2nd season with the Hawks this year.

Jake McKendry - Sophomore RHP - McKendry is in his 2nd season with the Hawks this year.

Oakton

Brendan Holloway - Redshirt Freshman OF - Holloway hit .294 last season with the Owls with 5 doubles.

Anthony Wiorski - Freshman OF/DH - Wiorski is in his first season with the Owls this year.

Olney Central

Will Gibbs - Redshirt Freshman INF - Gibbs was 1 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI's on opening weekend. He followed that up with a hit in every game that weekend. Gibbs has started the season with a 4-game hitting streak going 6 for 15. Olney is 2-3 overall to start the season.

Blackhawk

Johnny Hernandez - Sophomore C - Hernandez is entering his 2nd season with the Braves this year.

Charlie Cmiel - Freshman LHP - Cmiel is in his first season with the Braves this year.

Lucas Spence - Freshman OF/LHP - Spence is in his first season with the Braves this year.

College of Dupage

Matt Kaleta - Redshirt Freshman OF - Katela appeared in 17 games last season hitting .111. This will be Kaleta's 2nd season with COD.

Iowa Western

Noah Manning - Sophomore RHP - Manning got one inning of relief vs. Crowder on opening weekend giving up 0 earned runs off 3 hits while striking out 3. Iowa Western split with Crowder and are 2-2 overall to start the year.

Tom Egan - Freshman RHP - Egan got a start in the opening weekend series and took a loss in his debut after tossing 3 innings giving up 3 earned runs off 5 hits and 2 walks while striking out 5.

Triton

Will Melby - Redshirt Freshman RHP - Melby enters his first season with Triton after transferring in from Iowa Western.

Peyton Olejnik - Freshman RHP - Olejnik enters his first season with the Trojans this year.

Blake Hickey - Freshman INF/OF/RHP - Hickey enters his first season with the Trojans this year.

Justin Cappis - Freshman INF/C - Cappis is in his first season this year with Trojans.

Morton

David Burch - Freshman INF - Burch enters his first season with Morton this year. Morton opened up vs. Spoon River and split with them to start the season off 2-2 overall but no stats have been uploaded to their website at this time.

Marshalltown

Ronnie Nowak - Sophomore INF - Nowak enters his 2nd season for the Tigers. Last season Nowak played in 47 games hitting .233 with 5 doubles and 19 RBI's.

McHenry

Jack Synder - Freshman C - Synder enters his first season with the Scots this year.

Southeastern Illinois

Connor Phalin - Sophomore RHP - Phalin made one relief appearance in the opening weekend of play tossing 2 innings of relief giving up 0 runs off 2 hits and 2 walks while striking out 1. His squad is 5-1 overall to start the season.

Southwestern Illinois

Justin Gadomski - Freshman INF/RHP - Gadomski is entering his first season.

Eric Pecson - Freshman INF - Pecson is entering his first season.

Tyler Pecson - Freshman C/OF - Pecson is entering his first season.

Kyle Mack - RHP/INF - Mack is in his first season at SWIC this year.

Northwest Florida State

Joel Sarver - Sophomore RHP - Sarver has started 4 games already this season and is 3-1 with a 2.57 ERA in 21 innings pitched with 4 walks and 31 strikeouts. NWF is 12-5 overall on the season this year.

Lake Land

Chris Seropian - Redshirt Freshman LHP - Seropian is in his first season with Lake Land after transferring in from Fairleigh Dickinson.

St. Charles

Jimmy Carey - Sophomore 3B/OF - Carey didn't get in the opening weekend of play. Carey is in his 2nd season at St. Charles.

Mason Kasprisin - Sophomore RHP - Kasprisin made one relief appearance last weekend going 0.2 innings giving up 0 runs off 1 walk vs. Wabash Valley. St. Charles is 2-2 overall to start the year.

John A. Logan

Khyle Radcliffe - Redshirt Sophomore OF - Radcliffe has started the season off a little slow only going 3 for 18 in the first few weekends of play for the Vols. John Logan is 5-3 overall on the year.

Logan Mueller - Redshirt Sophomore RHP - Mueller is in his 2nd season for the Vols and has not gotten in yet this year.

Elgin

Logan Riley - Sophomore INF - Riley is entering his 2nd season at Elgin.

St. Petersburg

Channing Young - Junior RHP - Young has made 4 starts so far this year and is 3-0 with a 0.79 ERA in 22.2 innings of work. He has 31 strikeouts and 8 walks in that time. The Titans are currently 7-8 overall on the year.

Kellogg

Rance Bryant - Freshman INF - Bryant is in his first season with the Bears. He appeared in 3 games this past weekend vs. LSU-Eunice other teams down south. Kellogg is 3-4 overall to start the year. Bryant's best game came against Centenary College where he went 1 for 4 with 2 RBI's.

Joliet

Ryan Skiba - Freshman OF - Skiba is in his first season with the Wolves this year.

South Suburban

Brad White - Freshman RHP/OF - White is entering his first year with South Sub this season.

Jacob Bosse - Sophomore LHP - Bosse is entering his 2nd season with the Bulldogs this year.

Michael Pawyza - Sophomore INF - Pawyza is entering his first season with the Bulldogs after transferring in from McHenry CC last season.
