The 2022 NCAA Division 1 baseball season finally gets to start back up this upcoming weekend and it looks like it will be finally be back to somewhat of a normal traditional season. We have a total of 69 Top Tier Alumni that will have competing in the 2022 NCAA Division 1 baseball season, representing 47 different collegiate teams from across the country. Here is a little roundup on where those players are playing to start the 2022 NCAA Division 1 baseball season. Each week after this, we will be doing a weekly roundup of the top performers from this Top Tier Alumni Division 1 Collegiate List.

Arizona opens up this Friday in the State Farm Showdown in Arlington, TX vs. Kansas State, Oklahoma and Texas Tech.

Jackson Kent - Freshman LHP - Kent is in his first year with the Wildcats this season.

Belmont opens the season on Friday with a four-game set vs. Toledo at home.

Austin Ehren - Sophomore OF - Ehren played in 28 games last season, hitting .279 with an on base % of .395.

Bradley opens up on Friday with a 3-game set vs. Incarnate Word on the road.

George Korompilas - Freshman 1B - Korompilas first season this year.

Luke Trepanier - Freshman LHP/OF - Trepanier first season this year.

Keaton Rice - Senior C - Rice is a two-time All-MVC second team selection, and ranks 3rd in program history by throwing out 50 runners trying to steal. Rice is tied for 5th in Bradley's history with 102 career walks along with being Bradley's active leader in on base % at .409. He currently has a career batting average of .253 at Bradley.

Noah Edders - Freshman RHP - Edders first season this year.

Brown starts the season not until next week on Friday, February 25th with a 3-game set vs. Memphis on the road.

Ray Sass - Junior INF - Didn't get to compete last year cause the season was cancelled due to COVID-19. In 2020, he started in 11 games before the season was shortened as well due to COVID-19.

Butler opens up on Friday with a 3-game set vs. Murray State on the road.

Jaylon Nauden - Freshman INF - Nauden first season is this year.

Central Florida opens the season up this Friday with a 3-game vs. Siena at home.

Chase Centala - Sophomore RHP - Centala is in his first year with UCF after transferring in from Florida last year. At Florida, Centala made 7 appearances out of the bullpen where he went 2-0 with a 2.13 ERA.

Clemson opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Indiana at home.

Blake Wright - Sophomore INF - Wright earned 10 starts as freshman last season, hitting .167 with a homer, a double and 5 RBI's.

Columbia opens the season next Friday, February 25th with a 3-game set vs. Stetson on the road.

Will Parkinson - Freshman LHP - Parkinson first season is this year.

Creighton opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Portland on the road.

Paul Bergstrom - Junior LHP - last pitched his freshman season where he made 15 appearances tossing 10.1 innings.

Dayton opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. North Carolina A&T on the road.

Andrew Zapka - Graduate Student RHP - Zapka made six appearances last season as a senior going 1-1 with a 0.96 ERA.

Eastern Illinois opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Little Rock on the road.

Nick Laxner - Senior RHP - Laxner appeared in 13 games last season with 3 starts, going 3-1 with a 3.66 ERA.

Elon opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Fairfield at home.

Andrew Dimisa - Freshman INF - Dimisa first season this year.

Florida opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Liberty at home.

Nick Ficarrotta - Redshirt Freshman RHP - Ficarrotta first full season will be this year.

Florida Atlantic opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Minnesota at home.

Marc DeGusipe - Redshirt Sophomore LHP - DeGusipe didn't appear in any games last season due to an injury.

Florida Gulf Coast opens up this Friday in 4-game set vs. Cincinnati at home.

Mason Miller - Sophomore LHP - Miller last season appeared in 12 games, making 4 starts going 2-3 with a 7.77 ERA with 17 strikeouts in 22 innings pitched.

Dawson Place - Redshirt Sophomore RHP - Place in his first season with FGSU as he transferred in from High Point. At High Point last season he went 1-5 with a 6.92 ERA in 39 innings pitched.

Fordham opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Texas A&M on the road.

Ryan Thiesse - Sophomore OF - Thiesse appeared in 25 games last season, hitting .174 with 3 stolen bases.

Holy Cross opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Troy on the road.

Alex Bryant - Sophomore RHP - Bryant made 12 appearances last season as freshman, earning two Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors. He ended 4-2 last season with a 3.86 ERA with 32 strikeouts in 25.2 innings pitched.

Illinois opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Kansas on the road.

Kellen Sarver - Redshirt Junior 1B/C - Saver played in 40 games last season with 35 starts at 1B. He hit .287 with 8 homers, 8 doubles and 33 RBI's.

Danny Doligale - Sophomore OF - Doligale appeared in 14 games last season with 11 starts in left field.

Ryan Hampe - Redshirt Junior C - Hampe last season appeared in 37 games hitting .264 with 6 homers, 9 doubles and 26 RBI's helping him earn All-Big Ten third team honors.

Illinois State will open up this Friday in a 3-game set vs. 2nd ranked Arkansas on the road.

Sean Sinisko - Redshirt Sophomore LHP - Sinisko appeared in 13 games last season starting all 13, going 5-5 with 52 strikeouts in 71 innings of work while posting an ERA of 4.44.

Iowa opens up this Friday in the Swig and Swine Classic in Charleston, SC vs. Air Force, Ball State and Bucknell.

Anthony Mangano - Sophomore Utility - Mangano appeared in 4 games last season as a pinch-hitter.

Tyler Snep - Redshirt Sophomore C - Snep started in 12 games last season as a designated hitter and hit .324 2 doubles, 3 homers before he got sidelined due to a back injury.

Indiana State opens up this Friday in the Snowbird Classic in Port Charlotte, FL vs. BYU, Ohio State and Marshall.

Isaiah Thompson - Freshman OF/LHP - Thompson is in his first season this year.

Steven Hill - Redshirt Senior INF - Hill transferred in after playing last year at Morehead State. At Morehead State, Hill started all 45 games hitting .294 with 16 doubles and 34 RBI's.

Mercer opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Eastern Kentucky at home.

Antonio Brown - Sophomore INF/OF - Brown made appearances in 30 games last season posting a .273 batting average with 2 stolen bases.

Miami opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Towson at home.

Renzo Gonzalez - Freshman OF/INF - Gonzalez is in his first season at Miami this year.

Michigan State opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. UNLV on the road.

Conner Tomasic - Junior RHP/INF - Tomasic is in his first season at Michigan State after transferring in from South Suburban CC. Last season at South Suburban CC he earned First Team Division 1 All-Region honors after posting a 6-1 record on the mound with 81 strikeouts in 64 innings of work. He also hit .392 on the year with 12 doubles, 3 triples, 8 homers and 49 RBI's.

Minnesota opens up this Friday in a 4-game set vs. Florida Atlantic on the road.

Chase Stanke - Senior C - Stanke played in 36 games this past season ranking 2nd on the team in hits with 34 hitting .272. with 2 homers and 17 RBI's.

Andrew Wilhite - Senior OF - Wilhite played in 36 games last season hitting .246 with 6 doubles, one homer and 8 RBI's.

Noah Berghammer - Redshirt Junior INF - Berghammer played in 12 games last season hitting .176 with a double.

Michael Gurka - Junior RHP - Gurka didn't appear in any games last season due to an injury.

Missouri State opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Central Arkansas on the road.

Dakota Kotowski - Senior OF - Kotowski started 42 of 44 games last season leading the team with 8 doubles and ranked 2nd on the team with 8 homers and 23 RBI's.

North Carolina-Charlotte opens up this Friday in Tampa, FL vs. Louisville, UConn and South Florida.

Michael Oh - Graduate Student RHP - Oh is in his first season with UNC Charlotte this year after transferring in from North Carolina.

Ari Gordon - Junior RHP - Gordon is his first season with UNC Charlotte after transferring in from Parkland CC.

Northern Illinois opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Sacramento State on the road.

Brandon McPherson - Junior RHP - McPherson appeared in 10 games last season, starting in 8 of them and led NIU with a 3.38 ERA.

Northwestern opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. UAB on the road.

Tony Livermore - Sophomore INF - Livermore played in 18 games last season starting in 10 games hitting .243.

Notre Dame opens up this Friday with a doubleheader vs. Stetson and a game vs. Delaware in Deland, FL.

Casey Kmet - Junior INF - Kmet played in six games last season.

Pittsburgh opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Canisius at the Snowbird Classic in Port Charlotte, FL.

Nick Giamarusti - Freshman OF - Giamarusti is in his first season with Pittsburgh this year.

Purdue opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. South Dakota State in Sugar Land, TX on the road.

Ryan Howe - Senior INF - Howe played in 37 games starting in 31 games last season. Howe hit .239 with 3 doubles, a triple, a homer and 8 RBI's.

Rice opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Texas on the road.

Benjamin Rosengard - Senior INF - Rosengard in his first season with Rice after transferring in from McLennan CC where he won a NJCAA National Championship and hit .333 with 24 RBI's.

Saint Louis opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Bowling Green in Hoover, AL.

Scott Youngbrandt - Junior RHP - Youngbrandt made 11 starts last year on the mound going 3-6 with a 7.28 ERA in 50.2 innings pitched with 40 strikeouts.

Cam Redding - Junior C/INF - Redding led the Billikens in every offensive category last season, hitting .322, slugging percentage .537, runs scored 35, hits with 57, doubles with 14, triples with 3, and home runs with 6.

Jake Little - Sophomore RHP - Little appeared in 12 games last season with one start. He had a 6.55 ERA in 11 innings pitched with 12 strikeouts.

Parker Stoyan - Sophomore LHP - Stoyan made 10 appearances last season tossing a total of 10 innings while striking out 14 batters with an ERA of 10.80.

St. Thomas will open up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Florida International on the road.

Will Jackson - Redshirt Junior RHP - Jackson and the Tommies will be entering their first season in Division 1 baseball this season.

SF Austin opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Northwestern State on the road.

Garrett Goetz - Senior INF - Goetz played in 19 games last season, starting in 11 of those games. He finished the year with 9 hits, 2 doubles, a triple, a homer and 4 RBI's.

Southeast Missouri State opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Dallas Baptist on the road.

Collin Wilma - Sophomore RHP - Wilma was garnered OVC All-Freshman team accolades but was limited to only 7 appearances and 4 starts due to injury. Wilma went 2-0 with a 2.93 ERA in 27.2 innings of work while striking out 21.

South Carolina opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. UNC-Greensboro at home.

Jack Mahoney - Sophomore RHP/INF - Mahoney made 14 appearances on the mound last season with 5 starts going 3-0 with a 1.62 ERA and 39 strikeouts in 33.1 innings pitched.

Vytas Valincius - Freshman INF - Valincius is in his first season with the Gamecocks this year.

South Carolina - Upstate opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Ohio at home.

Kevin Davis - Senior RHP - Davis made 22 relief appearances last season earning 11 saves with an ERA of 1.57 with striking out 42 in 28.2 innings of work.

South Florida opens up this Friday with games vs. UConn, Louisville and Charlotte at home.

Hunter Mink - Redshirt Sophomore RHP - Mink is in his first season with the Bulls after transferring if from Florida. At Florida last season, Mink made 4 relief appearances and didn't give up a run in 4 innings of work while striking out 6.

Tanner Mink - Redshirt Sophomore RHP - Mink made 17 relief appearance for the Bulls last season and recorded a 7.71 ERA with one save while striking out 13 batters in 11.2 innings of work.

Texas Southern opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Arlington Baptist at home.

Jeremy Gaines - Graduate Student Utility - Gaines is in his first season with Texas Southern after transferring from Illinois State for his final year of playing.

Troy opens up this Friday with a 4-game set vs. Holy Cross at home.

Colin Summerhill - Sophomore C/OF - Summerhill is in his first season with Troy after transferring in from Triton CC. At Triton CC last season, he was a 2nd team All-American for Division 1 JUCO, hitting .468 with 9 homers and 45 RBI's.

Valparasio opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Memphis on the road.

Zach Fricke - Junior RHP - Fricke made 9 appearances on the mound last season, starting in 6 of them where he logged 27.2 innings striking out 32.

Jacob Rosenkranz - Sophomore RHP - Rosenkranz made 13 appearances on the mound last season, while getting one start. He had 9 strikeouts in 14 innings of work.

Keegan Bates - Junior LHP - Bates allowed two earned runs on four hits while striking out three over four innings of work spanning three relief appearances last season.

Wake Forest opens up this Friday vs. Lafayette, Georgetown and VCU at home.

Camden Minacci - Sophomore RHP - Minacci made 23 relief appearances last season posting a 1-1 record in 26.1 innings of work with two saves.

Derek Crum - Redshirt Sophomore OF/LHP - Crum only appeared in the first three games of the year in CF. The season before that he played 16 games and hit .244.

Western Illinois opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Western Kentucky on the road.

Jack Carberry - Senior RHP - Carberry made 19 appearances on the mound last season striking out 30 batters in 29.2 innings of work.

Western Michigan opens up next Friday, February 25th with a 3-game set vs. Kentucky on the road.

Gavin Doyle - Junior INF - Doyle played in 29 games, making 18 starts hitting .259 last season.

Joe Shapiro - Redshirt Freshman LHP - Shapiro didn't play last season due to an injury.

Brady Miller - Junior RHP - Miller had 13 appearances on the mound last season, starting 12 of them, going 1-6 with a 9.07 ERA with 34 strikeouts in 45.2 innings of work.

Xavier opens up this Friday with a 3-game set vs. Alabama on the road.

Bryce Barnett - Junior RHP - Barnett is in his first year with Xavier after transferring in from Arizona State. As a freshman at Arizona State in a shortened season he made 8 relief appearances for the Sun Devils where he struck out 17 hitters in 8.1 innings of work.

DJ Morand - Freshman RHP - Morand is in his first season with Xavier this year.
