Top Tier Baseball is excited to announce a partnership with Mac N Seitz Baseball Club to form Top Tier Kansas City effective August 1, 2026. The partnership will mark Top Tier’s first satellite program in Missouri and first in the Great Plains region of the country.
“We’re excited to welcome the players, families and staff at Mac N Seitz into the Top Tier organization,” said Chris Tierney, Vice President of Business Development. “Our programs carry the same values and commitment to excellence, and we look forward to a fruitful partnership in the years to come.”
Mac N Seitz was founded nearly 30 years ago and was built on development, relationships and opportunity. This very same foundation has made the club a staple in the Kansas City area since its inception.
"We look forward to the opportunity to partner with the Top Tier Baseball organization!" said Danny Lake, General Manager of Mac N Seitz. "Our shared approach toward team culture and player development is what unites us at our core."
The new Top Tier Kansas City training hub is located on Holmes Rd., north of highway 150 and near I-49 and I-435 in Martin City, Missouri – on the south side of Kansas City. The facility will house youth and high school teams and is packed with amenities for all player development needs.
"We are excited to elevate our access to improved organizational communication tools, recruiting resources, and expanded national relationships through the Top Tier network," said Lake.
Tryout information will be released soon. Please be on the lookout for dates and times in the coming weeks.
About Top Tier Baseball
Top Tier Baseball began in 2004 with one 18U team. That team became a national brand, quickly, traveling the country and showcasing its talent in prestigious tournaments. That team went on to win 40+ games and featured big leaguers, John Ely, Rob Scahill and Tanner Roark.
In total, 89 Top Tier Baseball players have been drafted, with six coming in 2025. Headlining that group is Brendan Summerhill, a Competitive Balance round pick (No. 42 overall) by the Tampa Bay Rays. Over 1,000 Top Tier players have committed to play college baseball.
Top Tier has evolved since its inception to one of the elite amateur baseball organizations in the country. The strength of our program lies in our commitment in developing players and building confidence through hard work and dedication. This very commitment has manifested itself on the diamond in some of the largest and most prestigious tournaments in amateur baseball.
Top Tier has three active Major Leaguers – Andrew Hoffmann (Diamondbacks), Ryan Borucki (Giants) and Sam Antonacci (White Sox).
