Top Tier HQ is excited to welcome Anthony Hernandez and Mokena Blaze 12u to the Top Tier family.

A Triple-A team from the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Hernandez has compiled a talented and competitive roster eager to join one of the longest-running organizations in the Chicagoland area. He's done so along side coach Chad Forlenzo, an instrumental piece to the development of this group.

"Our team has shown so much growth and success the past two seasons," said Hernandez. "The boys are ready to kick it up a notch and take the next step in their development as part of the Top Tier family."

Top Tier - Hernandez will begin its first season under the HQ umbrella in the spring of 2025 at the 13u age division.

"Making the move is a testament to all their hard work and commitment to the game," said Hernandez. "We've had nothing but positive experiences with other Top Tier teams and representatives, so making the move was an easy choice. The boys are proud and excited for the opportunity to represent the organization in the Lincoln-Way area and create their own path!"

Private tryouts are now available by contacting Coach Anthony Hernandez. Tryouts will be for the 2025 season at the 13u level.
