Week 3: MLB Alumni Roundup
Paul DeJong hits over .400 this past week, helping the Cardinals sweep the Dodgers in all four games and improve them to 2nd place in the NL Central Division. 

Paul DeJong, St. Louis Cardinals
DeJong was on fire this past week collecting multiple hits in all four games vs. the Dodgers. DeJong went 10 for 23, hitting .435 with 5 doubles, a triple and an RBI to help the Cards sweep all four games from the Dodgers and earned a split vs. the Reds. DeJong is hitting .306 on the year with 7 doubles, a triple, 3 homers and 8 RBI's. The Cardinals are now only a 0.5 games back from 1st place in the NL Central Division with a record of 9-6. 

Tanner Roark, Cincinnati Reds
Roark made his 3rd start of the year this past week vs. the Cardinals down in Mexico. Roark got another non-decision for his efforts but pitched well against the red hot Cardinals, going 5.1 innings giving up only 1 run off 6 hits and 1 walk while striking out 5. Roark is 0-0 in his 3 starts this year for the Reds with a 4.30 ERA and 15 strikeouts in 14.2 innings of work.

Ryan Borucki, Toronto Blue Jays
Borucki after still having some discomfort in his elbow, received a cortisone injection last week and won't throw for a few more weeks in competitive rehab stints. Due to this set back, Borucki is expected not to be back in the Blue Jays rotation till mid-May now. 

MiLB Alumni Roundup:
Will Kincanon, for the Winston-Salem Dash threw two scoreless innings of relief this past week.

Jeremy Rhoades, Salt Lake Bees (Triple A, LA Angels Affiliate)
Rhoades made three relief appearances this past week, collecting a win and tossing a combined 4 innings, giving up 2 runs off 2 hits and 3 walks while striking out 3. Rhoades is 1-0 with a 3.60 ERA as a reliever for the the Triple A Bees this year. 

Zach Lewis, Winston-Salem Dash (High A, Chicago White Sox Affiliate)
Lewis had a rough start this past week taking the loss and only making it 2.1 innings giving up 4 runs off 2 hits and 6 walks while striking out 1. Lewis is now 1-1 on the year with a 4.00 ERA. 

Danny Mayer, Clearwater Threshers (High A, Philadelphia Phillies Affiliate)
Mayer only collected one hit in five games played this past week, but it was a monster solo home run. 

Will Kincanon, Winston-Salem Dash (High A, Chicago White Sox Affiliate)
Kincanon was lights out in his two relief appearances for the Dash as he went 2 total innings giving up 0 runs off 1 hit and 1 walk while striking out 1. Kincanon owns a 3.38 ERA on the year. 

Sean Hjelle, Augusta GreenJackets (Low A, San Francisco Giants Affiliate)
Hjelle took the loss in his 2nd start of the year for the GreenJackets. Hjelle threw well in his 5 innings of work giving up 2 runs off 5 hits and 1 walk while striking out 4. Hjelle has a 3.00 ERA on the year in two starts.
