Player of the Week:
Scott Youngbrandt, RHP, Saint Louis University
Youngbrandt earned A-10 Conference Pitcher of the Week honors after he threw an absolute beautiful game vs. Morehead State this past week. Youngbrandt earned a win after throwing a complete game 9 innings of mastery giving up only 1 run off 5 hits and no walks while striking out 8. SLU beat Morehead State and lost to Missouri in the midweek games and then swept SEMO over the weekend to improve to 11-8 overall on the year.

Jeremy Gaines, Texas Southern
Gaines was on absolute fire at the plate this past week and almost could not get out as he went 9 for 14, hitting an eye popping .643 with a triple, two doubles and collected 7 RBI's. Texas Southern beat Jarvis Christian in the midweek game and swept Alcorn State over the weekend to improve to 11-8 overall on the year.
Danny Doligale, Illinois
Doligale continues to be a force for the Fighting Illini as he got a hit in every game this past week, going 8 for 17, hitting .471 with 3 doubles and 2 RBI's as their lead off hitter. Illinois beat Butler in the midweek game but lost 2 of 3 to Southern Illinois this past weekend to fall to 7-10 overall on the year.
Cam Minacci, Wake Forest
Minacci continues to be an absolute stud out of the bullpen for the Demon Deacons as he once again shutdown the #6 team in the nation, Georgia Tech this past weekend. Minacci threw 3.2 scoreless innings of relief while only giving up 1 hit and 1 walk and striking out 5. Wake Forest beat Western Carolina in the midweek game and took 2 of 3 vs. Georgia Tech to improve to 16-4 overall on the year.
Keaton Rice, Bradley
Rice had a really good weekend at the plate going 7 for 18, hitting .389 with a triple, two doubles and collecting 6 RBI's. Bradley however continues to struggle as they lost to Fairfield and Central Connecticut State and split with Dartmouth to fall to 5-11 overall on the year.
Dakota Kotowski, Missouri State
Kotowski collected a hit in every game this past week and continues to put up staggering power numbers as he hit 3 more homers this past week to bring him to 10 total on the year. Dakota went 5 for 14, hitting .357 with 5 RBI's. Missouri State beat Kansas in the midweek game and took 2 of 3 from SEMO to improve to 10-8 overall on the year.
Antonio Brown, Mercer
Brown was a steady force in the Mercer lineup this past week as he went 6 for 16, hitting .375 with two doubles and an RBI. Mercer however had their first stumble of the year losing to Georgia Southern in the midweek game and losing 2 of 3 to USF this past weekend to fall to 16-4 overall on the year.
Kevin Davis, USC-Upstate
Davis earned his 3rd and 4th save this past week out of the Spartans bullpen. In total Davis threw a total of 2.2 innings giving up 0 runs off only 1 hit and 4 walks while striking out 3. USC-Upstate beat Cincinnati and lost to #18 Georgia in the midweek games and swept Presbyterian over the weekend to improve to 14-6 overall on the year.
Hunter Mink, USF
Mink continues to be a dominate dude out of the bullpen for the Bulls this season as he threw another 3.2 scoreless innings of relief off only 1 hit and 4 walks while striking out 2. USF beat FIU in the midweek game and took 2 of 3 from Mercer over the weekend to improve to 13-7 overall on the year.
Gavin Doyle, Western Michigan
Doyle had a really good weekend at the plate as he went 6 for 14, hitting .429 with 3 doubles, an RBI and 4 walks. Western Michigan split with Toledo and are 4-13 overall on the year.
Ryan Hampe, Illinois
Hampe went 5 for 15, hitting .333 this past week with a homer, a double and an RBI as the Fighting Illini beat Butler in the midweek game but lost 2 of 3 to SIU over the weekend. Illinois is 7-10 overall on the year.
Conner Tomasic, Michigan State
Tomasic got a win in relief this past weekend vs. Houston Baptist where he tossed 3 scoreless innings giving up 0 hits and 0 walks while striking out 4. Michigan State swept Houston Baptist and improved to 10-7 overall on the year.
Michael Oh, Charlotte
Oh made three appearances this past week on the mound for Charlotte. He got the start vs. Presbyterian in the midweek game earning a no-decision but throwing very well going 3.1 scoreless innings giving up only 1 hit and 3 walks while striking out 2. Oh then earned two relief appearances over the weekend totaling another 1.2 innings giving up 3 runs off 2 hits and 1 walk while striking out 1. Charlotte beat Presbyterian in the midweek game and took 2 of 3 from Western Kentucky to improve to 13-6 overall on the year.
Will Parkinson, Columbia
Parkinson got a start vs. Incarnate Word this past week earning a no-decision after throwing 3 innings giving up 1 earned run off 4 hits and 2 walks while striking out 3. Parkinson followed that up by get 1 inning of relief vs. Houston giving up 0 runs off 0 hits and 0 walks while striking out 2. Columbia lost to Incarnate Word and McNeese State in the midweek games and lost 2 of 3 over the weekend to Houston to fall to 5-10 overall on the year.
Cam Redding, Saint Louis
Redding collected another 5 hits this past week as SLU beat Morehead State and lost to Missouri in the midweek games and swept Austin Peay to improve to 11-8 overall.
Marc DeGusipe, FAU
DeGusipe made two relief appearances this past week as he threw a total of 2.1 innings giving up only 1 run off 0 hits and 1 walk while striking out 5. Florida Atlantic lost to North Dakota State in the midweek game and lost 2 of 3 to Southern Miss to fall to 14-7 overall on the year.
Andrew Zapka, Dayton
Zapka made two relief appearances this past week throwing a total of 2 innings giving up 0 earned runs 2 hits and 2 walks while striking out 3. Dayton lost to Purdue but beat IPFW in the midweek games and got swept by Michigan over the weekend to fall to 8-9 overall on the year.
Blake Wright, Clemson
Wright got two starts this past week for the 15th ranked Tigers and he made the most of it by blasting 2 homers and collecting 2 RBI's. Clemson lost to Georgia State in the midweek game and lost 2 of 3 to 23rd ranked Miami over the weekend to fall to 15-4 overall on the year.
Mason Miller, Florida Gulf Coast
Miller earned a no-decision for his efforts in his start vs. North Dakota State this past week after tossing 5 innings giving up 2 earned runs off 4 hits and 0 walks while striking out 4. Florida Gulf Coast beat North Dakota State in the midweek game and swept Stetson over the weekend to improve to 16-4 overall on the year.
Ryan Thiesse, Fordham
Thiesse went 1 for 5 with a homer and RBI for Fordham this past week. Fordham continues to struggle as they lost to Wagner in the midweek game and got swept by Marist over the weekend to fall to 2-15 overall on the year.
Anthony Livermore, Northwestern
Livermore went 2 for 5 with 2 walks this past weekend as the Wildcats won both games played vs Evansville to improve to 6-10 overall on the year.
