Week 7: MLB/MiLB Alumni Roundup
Roark throws a gem for the Reds vs. Oakland this past week, to get the win giving up 0 runs in his 6 innings of work.
Tanner Roark, Cincinnati Reds
Roark continues to be a stud on the mound for the Reds as he picked up a win in his only start this past week. Roark got the win vs. the Oakland A's, tossing 6 scoreless off of 3 hits and 2 walks while striking out 3. Roark is 3-1 on the year with a 3.27 ERA with 37 strikeouts in 41.1 innings. Cincinnati Reds are 18-23 overall and are last in the NL Central Division.
Paul DeJong, St. Louis Cardinals
DeJong went 5 for 22 this past week with another homer, a double and 4 RBI's. On the year, DeJong continues to be one of the top hitting shortstops in the League, hitting .321 with 15 doubles, 7 homers and 19 RBI's. The Cardinals however struggled this past week losing 2 of 3 to Philadelphia and 3 of 4 to Pittsburgh to fall to 22-19 overall and 4th place in the NL Central Division, only 3.5 games out of 1st.

Rhoades made 3 relief appearances this past week, tossing a total of 5 innings giving up 1 earned run off 4 hits while striking out 8. Rhoades is 1-1 with a 5.79 ERA with 19 strikeouts in 18.2 innings.
Zach Lewis, Winston-Salem Dash, High A (Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox)
Lewis made one start this past week, getting a no-decision going 3 innings giving up 7 runs off 9 hits and 1 walk while striking out 6. Lewis is 2-1 with a 6.91 ERA with 31 strikeouts in 27.1 innings.
Will Kincanon, Winston-Salem Dash, High A (Affiliate to the Chicago White Sox)
Kincanon made one relief appearance this past week, tossing 2 innings giving up 0 runs off 0 hits and 1 walk while striking out 2. Kincanon is 0-2 with a 1.38 ERA with 17 strikeouts in 13 innings of relief work.
Sean Hjelle, Augusta GreenJackets, Low A (Affiliate to the San Francisco Giants)
Hjelle made two starts this past week, picking up a win in one of his starts. In total, Hjelle tossed 9.1 innings giving up only 1 earned run off 8 hits and 2 walks while striking out 12. Hjelle is 1-2 with a 2.50 ERA with 40 strikeouts in 36 innings.
