MLB Roundup:
Paul DeJong, St. Louis Cardinals
DeJong collected 2 hits in 3 games this past week before facturing his left hand. DeJong got put on the 10-day disabled list after having to go through surgery to put a plate into his left hand. DeJong is expected to miss significant time to rehab the injury according to Cardinals President of Baseball Operations.
Tanner Roark, Washington Nationals
Roark made one start this past week vs the Dodgers. Roark took the loss but pitched really well going 7 innings giving up 3 runs on 6 hits and 1 walk while striking out 8. On the year, Roark is 2-4 with a 3.39 ERA.
MiLB Roundup:
Rob Scahill, Charlotte Knights (Affiliate of Chicago White Sox) Triple A
Scahill made three more relief appearances this past week going a total of 3.0 innings giving up 0 runs on only 1 hit while striking out 3. Scahill continues to impress in the Knights bullpen and has an ERA of 2.37 on the year.
Ryan Borucki, Buffalo Bisons (Affiliate of Toronto Blue Jays) Triple A
Borucki made one start this past week getting the win going 7 innings giving up 0 runs on 3 hits and 1 walk while striking out 6. Borucki moves to 3-4 on the year with a 3.40 ERA.
Tyler Ladendorf, Buffalo Bisons (Affiliate of Toronto Blue Jays) Triple A
Ladendorf got placed on the 7-day disabled list this past week.
Jeremy Rhoades, Mobile BayBears (Affiliate of Los Angeles Angels) Double A
Rhoades made two appearances this past week going a total of 3.1 innings giving up 0 runs on 2 hits and 1 walk while striking out 3. Rhoades who has been dominate at the Double A level with a 1.82 ERA out of the bullpen, just got pulled up to the Triple A, Salt Lake Bees.
Casey Crosby, Chattanooga Lookouts (Affiliate of Minnesota Twins) Double A
Crosby made two appearances since being moved down to Double A, and it hasn’t fared as well for him. Crosby went a total 2 innings giving up 3 runs on 2 hits and 7 walks whiles striking out 2.
Blake Hickman, Winston-Salem Dash (Affiliate to Chicago White Sox) High A
Hickman made one relief appearance this past week going 2 innings giving up 2 runs on 2 hits while striking out 1. Hickman on the year has a 3.20 ERA out of the bullpen.
Adam Walton, Visalia Rawhide (Affiliate to Arizona Diamondbacks) High A
Walton got placed on the 7-day disabled list this past week.
Jason Goldstein, Stockton Ports (Affiliate to Oakland Athletics) High A
Goldstein went 2 for 5 since coming back from the disabled list. Goldstein is currently hitting .364 on the year in limited time.

Koziol made one relief appearance this past week going 1 inning giving up 0 runs on 0 hits. Koziol has a 0.00 ERA in 6.1 innings of work this year.
Danny Mayer, Williamsport Crosscutters (Affiliate to Philadelphia Phillies) Low A SS
Mayer due to his rough stint with the Lakewood BlueClaws only hitting .179, has got moved down to the Low A-Short Season team the Williamsport Crosscutters.
Zach Lewis, Kannapolis Intimidators (Affiliate to Chicago White Sox) Low A
Lewis made one relief appearance this past week going 2.2 innings giving up 2 runs on 3 hits while striking out 1. Lewis has a 3.63 ERA out of the bullpen this year.
Independent Baseball
Anthony Ray, Pennsylvania Road Warriors (Independent) Atlantic League
Ray collected 2 hits this past week in 6 games with a triple and an RBI. Ray is currently hitting .145 for the Road Warriors.
Joe Benson, Chicago Dogs (Independent League) American Association
Benson went 2 for 10 with home run and an RBI in his debut week for the Dogs this past week.
Scott Firth, Chicago Dogs (Independent League) American Association
Firth who slated to start had to be pulled due to an injury in the bullpen. No further information is known at this time.
Kylin Turnbull, Chicago Dogs (Independent League) American Association
Turnbull had a great debut start for the Dogs as he got the win going 6 innings giving up 0 runs on only 2 hits while striking out 4. Turnbull has a 0.00 ERA to start off the year.
Mitch Schulewitz, Schaumburg Boomers (Independent League) Frontier League
Schulewitz made four relief appearances this past week for the Boomers. Schulewitz went a total of 4.1 innings giving up only 1 run on 3 hits and 2 walks while striking out 5. Schulewitz picked up a win in one of his relief appearance and owns a 2.08 ERA on the year.
Darius Day, Windy City Thunderbolts (Independent League) Frontier League
Day went 2 for 9 this past week for the Thunderbolts and is hitting .214 on the year so far. Day has played in six games and looks to be a big impact in the outfield for the Bolts.
