Player of the Week:


Brad White, OF, South Suburban (JUCO)
White was hot with the bat in the NJCAA Regional where he went 5 for 12, hitting .417 with 2 homers, a double and 6 RBI's. South Sub won the Regional by beating Kishwaukee and Triton twice to move onto the NJCAA Districts vs. Indian Hills, Wabash Valley and John Logan this weekend. South Sub is now 41-19 overall on the year.

Connor Blake
, INF, IIT (D3)
Blake went 4 for 10, hitting .400 with a 2 homers and 3 RBI's in the NACC Tournament this past week. IIT went 1-2 in the NACC Tournament and finished the year 22-21 overall. Blake finished the year hitting .343 with 10 doubles, 7 homers and 27 RBI's. 


Lucas Spence, OF, Blackhawk (JUCO)
Spence went 5 for 13, hitting .385 with two doubles, a triple and 4 RBI's in the NJCAA Regionals. Blackhawk won the Regional and move on to Districts this weekend vs. McHenry. 


Tommy Shaw, INF, Millikin (D3)
Shaw went 5 for 14, hitting .357 with 4 RBI's in the CCIW Tournament this past week. Millikin went 1-2 in the CCIW and finished the year 26-17 overall. Shaw finished the year hitting .314 with 11 doubles, a homer, and 41 RBI's. 


Nate Maliska, 1B, St. Francis (NAIA)
Maliska went 6 for 10, hitting .600 with a double and 2 RBI's. St. Francis lost to Madonna and Central Methodist in the NAIA Tournament opening rounds to finish the year 25-28 overall. Maliska finished the year hitting .353 with 5 doubles and 16 RBI's.


Tyler Patton, C, Aurora (D3)
Patton went 6 for 19, hitting .316 with a homer and 3 RBI's in the NACC Tournament this past week. Aurora won the NACC Championship and earned an automatic bid into the NCAA Division 3 Championships. Aurora is 39-4 overall on the year and will play John Carroll in the NCAA Regional in a 5-game series. Patton on the year is hitting .314 with 4 doubles, 2 homers and 13 RBI's. 


Adam Bendoraitis, RHP, Augustana (D3)
Bendoraitis made two relief appearances this past week in the CCIW Tournament. He earned a win vs. North Park tossing 5.2 innings of relief giving up only 2 runs off 4 hits and 2 walks with 2 strikeouts. He also pitched in relief in the Championship game vs. Illinois Wesleyan tossing 2.2 innings giving up 0 earned runs off 2 hits with one strikeout. Augustana won the CCIW Championship and earned an automatic bid into the NCAA Division 3 Championships. Aurora is 38-7 overall on the year and will play UW-Stevens Point in the NCAA Regional this weekend. Bendoraitis is 2-0 with a 3.81 ERA with 28 strikeouts in 28.1 innings pitched. 


Josh Outlaw, OF, Parkland (JUCO)
Outlaw went 4 for 7, hitting .571 with two doubles and two RBI's as they went 3-1 vs. Lewis  Clark this past week. Parkland is 45-12 overall on the year. 


Vito Valincius, INF, John A. Logan (JUCO)
Valincius went 4 for 12, hitting .333 with a double and 2 RBI's in the NJCAA Regional. The Vols won the Regional and will move onto the NJCAA Districts vs. Wabash, Indian Hills and South Sub this weekend.


Colin Husko, INF, Dubuque (D3)
Husko went 6 for 19, hitting .316 with a double this past week in the ARC Tournament. Dubuque went 3-2 in the ARC Tournament and finished the year 29-14 overall. Dubuque led the team this year hitting .417 with 10 doubles, 2 triples, 2 homers, 22 RBI's and 17 stolen bases. 


Jeremy Fox, RHP, Morton (JUCO)
Fox made a start vs. McHenry this past week in the NJCAA Regional going 7 innings giving up 3 runs on 11 hits and 1 walk with 5 strikeouts. Morton went 3-2 in the Regional and finished the year 35-24 overall. Fox finished the year 6-5 with a 3.04 ERA with 78 strikeouts in 68 innings of work.


Nick Giamarusti, OF, John A. Logan (JUCO)
Giamarusti went 6 for 20, hitting .300 this past week in the NJCAA Regional with a homer, a double and 3 RBI's. The Vols won the NJCAA Regional and move on to Districts this week. The Vols are 43-16 on the year. 


Tyler Preissing, RHP, Aurora (D3)
Preissing made one relief appearance in the NACC Tournament this past week tossing 1.2 innings giving up 1 run on 3 hits with one strikeout. Aurora won the NACC Championship and will be in the NCAA Division 3 Championships this upcoming week. Preissing has a 4.02 ERA with 16 strikeouts in 15.2 innings of work this year. 


Logan Peterson, RHP, UIndy (D2)
Peterson earned a win in the GLVC Tournament this past weekend vs. Lewis where he went 5.1 innings giving up 4 runs on 8 hits and 2 walks with 3 strikeouts. UIndy went 2-2 in the GLVC Tournament but got an at large bid into the NCAA Division 2 Championships after going 34-19 overall. 


Luke Napleton, C, Quincy (D2)
Napleton collected 4 hits in the GLVC Tournament this past week with a home run and 3 RBI's. Quincy won the GLVC Championship and earned an automatic bid into the NCAA Division 2 Championships. Quincy will be the #1 seed in the Midwest Regional this upcoming weekend. 


Ethan Bowers, INF, Blackhawk (JUCO)
Bowers collected 4 hits this past week in the NJCAA Regional with 5 RBI's. Blackhawk won their Regional and head to Districts this weekend vs. McHenry. Blackhawk is 36-22 overall on the year. 


Luke Brabham, INF, Morton (JUCO)
Brabham collected 3 hits with a double and 4 RBI's in the NJCAA Regional this past week. Morton went 3-2 in the Regional and finished 35-24 overall. Brabham finished the year hitting .362 with 3 homers and 49 RBI's. 


Andy Booth, LHP, St. Leo (D2)
Booth made two relief appearances vs. Palm Beach Atlantic this past weekend. In total he threw 1.2 innings giving up 1 run off 2 hits with one strikeout. St. Leo swept Palm Beach Atlantic and finished the year 30-20 overall. Booth finished his career at St. Leo 7-1 with a 3.62 ERA with 104 strikeouts in 121.2 innings of work. 


Brennan Fisher, 1B, Benedictine (D3)
Fisher collected 3 hits in the NACC Tournament this past week with a double and 4 RBI's. Benedictine made it all the way to the NACC Championship game before losing to Aurora and finishing the year 30-14 overall. Fisher finished the year hitting .291 with 8 doubles, a triple, 5 homers and 35 RBI's. 


Kevin Dowling, OF, St. Xavier (NAIA)
Dowling had two hits in the NAIA Tournament opening rounds. St. Xavier lost to Midway and Concordia University of Nebraska to finish the year 31-27 overall. Dowling led the team hitting .351 on the year with 14 doubles, 3 triples, a homer, 28 RBI's and 14 stolen bases.
