Top Tier Baseball Strengthens Western Roots with Las Vegas Expansion

Top Tier Baseball is excited to announce the launch of Top Tier Las Vegas, marking its 18th location and its second in the western region of the United States.

"We're eager to bolster our presence out West with the addition of Top Tier Las Vegas," said Todd Fine, CEO and President of Top Tier Baseball. "Our Las Vegas contingent will be led with the same player-first approach and commitment to excellence as we've come to know over the past 20-plus years of Top Tier Baseball."

Top Tier Las Vegas will be headed by Patrick Flowers, a Chicago transplant now residing in the Las Vegas area. Flowers has been around the travel baseball scene, having coached the past 14 years, with an emphasis on the high school game the past 10.

"The opportunity to lead Top Tier Las Vegas isn't simply about building a baseball program; it's deeply personal," said Flowers. "As a Chicago native, I witnessed the impact this program has had on thousands of youth athletes. Getting the opportunity to lead its expansion into Las Vegas is a full-circle moment for me that I don't take lightly."

Tryouts for the 2025 season will take place in December for youth and high school ages. More details about tryouts will be announced soon. For more information about the program, please reach out to Patrick Flowers at flowers@toptierwins.com.

"I want to thank CEO, Todd Fine, and Director of Business Development, Scott French, for their trust in me and this opportunity," said Flowers. "This is an exciting time for baseball in Las Vegas, and I look forward to continuing the tradition of baseball excellence that Top Tier has forged here in the Vegas Valley."

About Top Tier Baseball

Top Tier Baseball started in 2004 with one 18U team. That team became a national brand, quickly, traveling the country and showcasing its talent in prestigious tournaments. That team went on to win 40+ games and featured big leaguer, John Ely, and five more draft picks.

In total, 83 Top Tier Baseball players have been drafted, with eight coming in 2024. Headlining that group is Ryan Sloan, a second-round pick by the Seattle Mariners.

Top Tier has evolved since its inception to one of the elite amateur baseball organizations in the country. The strength of our program lies in our commitment in developing players and building confidence through hard work and dedication. This very commitment has manifested itself on the diamond in some of the largest and most prestigious tournaments in amateur baseball.

In 2022 and 2023, the Top Tier/5-Star Roos Mafia went on to win Perfect Game's WWBA World Championships. This past summer, Top Tier's 17U Select team took third in a highly-competitive USA Baseball National Team Championship tournament.

Top Tier has three active players in the MLB - Paul DeJong, Ryan Borucki and Sean Hjelle.
