Top Tier Baseball has brought it's strength and conditioning in house. With the opening of the brand new training lab above our cages, we are excited to offer our very own line of strength, speed, and athletic training. Programs will include total body strength, speed, and mobility.

Top Tier Strength and Recovery

The goal of the Top Tier Summer Strength and Recovery program is to provide systemic routines and consistency each week for optimal recovery from the previous weekends competitions. Tuesday and Wednesday will also provide specific strength training programs to build and maintain lower and upper body explosiveness. The camp and training protocols will be run by Dylan Rajkovich, Top Tier's full time strength and movement coach.
