Top Tier Strength

Top Tier Baseball has brought it's strength and conditioning in house. With the opening of the brand new training lab above our cages, we are excited to offer our very own line of strength, speed, and athletic training. Programs will include total body strength, speed, and mobility.

Available Programing for Fall:

Top Tier Strength Mobility & Recovery

Monday: 4-6 PM
Tuesday: 4-6 & 8-9 PM
Wednesday: 4-7 PM
Thursday: 4-6 & 8-9 PM

Open Strength includes a series of guided semi private workouts with instructors. Proper warmup, and cool down sequences for injury prevention and mobility combined with explosive workouts for strength & speed gains.

This program offers multiple times so as to best align with additional training opportunities. Your player can come get their workout in at any time during the open windows.
